# Bulk upload calls

> Upload multiple calls and attach them to a QA checklist.

Bulk upload is for cases where you need to upload several calls under the same QA checklist.

  Use bulk upload when you want to analyze a batch of calls without setting up an automated integration first.

## When to use it

* reviewing a daily or weekly batch of calls,
* comparing operator performance,
* creating reports that can be filtered by metadata.

## Upload calls

    Add fields such as operator, team, phone number, campaign, or call type.

    Files move through upload, transcription, and analysis.

## Metadata

Metadata helps you filter results later. Example fields:

* `operator`
* `team`
* `phone_number`
* `campaign`
* `call_type`

Use consistent key names across uploads so filters remain useful.

## Statuses

Files move through upload, transcription, and AI analysis. Completed results appear in the selected checklist’s results table.
