# QA checklists

> Create question sets that AI uses to evaluate calls.

A checklist is a set of questions Xosum.am uses to evaluate a recording.

  Checklists are useful when every call should be evaluated against the same criteria, regardless of who reviews the result manually.

## Create a checklist

## Context

Context helps AI understand your business rules. Add your sales script, required disclosures, allowed phrases, scoring criteria, or process rules.

## Question types

* **Yes / No** — when the answer can only be yes or no.
* **Yes / No / Partially** — when partial completion is possible.
* **Grade 1-10** — when you need a quality score.

## Good question examples

* “Did the operator introduce themselves at the beginning of the call?”
* “Did the operator explain the next steps?”
* “How clear was the operator’s speech on a scale of 1-10?”

  Avoid long, multi-part, or leading questions. One checklist question should test one specific thing.
