# Review QA results

> Use the checklist table to find, filter, and compare call-quality results.

The checklist results page shows recordings analyzed with the selected QA checklist.

## Table columns

The table shows recording information, status, creation time, analysis time, and checklist answers. Each checklist question becomes a separate column.

## Filters

Use search, status filters, and metadata filters to find important calls quickly. For example, you can show only failed or low-scored calls for a specific operator.

## Reading results

A question result can be:

* yes,
* no,
* partially,
* cannot determine,
* or a 1-10 score.

AI comments explain why the answer was assigned.

## Actions

* open the source recording,
* star important calls,
* edit the checklist,
* upload more calls,
* export results if export is enabled for your account.
