# History and reports

> Find older transcripts, use filters, and review usage statistics.

The **History** page is the main list of your transcriptions.

## History table

The table shows recording title, source, status, duration, and creation time. Click a row to open the recording details page.

<Tip>
  History is especially useful when your team has many meetings or calls and needs to find recordings by source, date, customer, operator, or metadata.
</Tip>

## Search and filters

You can filter by:

* source: upload, browser recording, API,
* status,
* date range,
* starred recordings,
* metadata fields when available.

Metadata filters are especially useful for contact-center workflows where calls include fields such as operator, phone number, team, or campaign.

## Reports

The **Reports** page shows:

* number of transcriptions,
* total duration,
* average duration,
* estimated time saved,
* storage used,
* source breakdown.

<Info>
  Time saved is an estimate based on the assumption that manual transcription takes about 5x the audio duration.
