Use bulk upload when you want to analyze a batch of calls without setting up an automated integration first.

When to use it

  • reviewing a daily or weekly batch of calls,
  • comparing operator performance,
  • creating reports that can be filtered by metadata.

Upload calls

Open AI Analysis

Select the checklist where results should appear.

Add audio files

Upload one or more call recordings.

Add metadata

Add fields such as operator, team, phone number, campaign, or call type.

Start upload

Files move through upload, transcription, and analysis.

Metadata

Metadata helps you filter results later. Example fields:
  • operator
  • team
  • phone_number
  • campaign
  • call_type
Use consistent key names across uploads so filters remain useful.

Statuses

Files move through upload, transcription, and AI analysis. Completed results appear in the selected checklist’s results table.
