Original transcript

The Original tab shows the transcript. If word-level subtitle data is available, the page shows an interactive karaoke-style transcript.
Use this page when you need to verify important moments, correct transcript text, prepare meeting notes, or share a clean record with your team.

Karaoke player

Use the audio player at the bottom of the page to listen to the source audio. When karaoke mode is on, the currently spoken word is highlighted. Click any word to jump the audio to that moment.

Speaker names

If speaker diarization is available, speaker blocks appear in the transcript. You can rename speakers inline. Speaker names are reused when copying text and generating PDFs.

Available actions

  • Edit transcript text.
  • Copy the full transcript.
  • Download a PDF.
  • Download SRT subtitles when available.
  • Download the audio file.
  • Rename the recording.
  • Star important recordings.
  • Delete recordings.
Deleted recordings no longer appear in History. Some usage numbers in Reports may differ from paid usage if recordings were deleted.
