Xosum.am is a set of tools for working with Armenian speech and audio content. Most user workflows start in the web app at app.xosum.am.
Use Xosum.am for meetings, interviews, lectures, voice notes, support calls, sales calls, and Armenian audio content workflows.

1. Sign in

Sign in with your Google account. On first login, the app may show an onboarding modal asking how you plan to use Xosum.am.

2. Choose a workflow

  • Speech to text — record or upload audio and receive a transcript.
  • Text to speech — generate Armenian speech from written text.
  • History — find and manage previous recordings.
  • AI Analysis — Business-plan workflow for QA checklists and call evaluation.
  • API — Business-plan workflow for automated integrations.
  • Reports — view usage, duration, storage, and estimated time saved.

3. Understand credits

Speech-to-text usage is based on audio duration. Text-to-speech usage is based on TTS credits. You can see both balances in Settings.

Open Speech to text

This is the fastest way to create your first transcript.

Upload or record audio

Use an existing file for meetings and calls, or record directly in the browser for quick notes.

Review the transcript

After upload, the app opens the recording details page when processing starts.
If you work with contact-center calls, start with the Call center overview.
For Business-plan access, call-center workflows, or high-volume usage, contact us through the Business request form.
