A checklist is a set of questions Xosum.am uses to evaluate a recording.
Checklists are useful when every call should be evaluated against the same criteria, regardless of who reviews the result manually.

Context

Context helps AI understand your business rules. Add your sales script, required disclosures, allowed phrases, scoring criteria, or process rules.

Question types

  • Yes / No — when the answer can only be yes or no.
  • Yes / No / Partially — when partial completion is possible.
  • Grade 1-10 — when you need a quality score.

Good question examples

  • “Did the operator introduce themselves at the beginning of the call?”
  • “Did the operator explain the next steps?”
  • “How clear was the operator’s speech on a scale of 1-10?”
Avoid long, multi-part, or leading questions. One checklist question should test one specific thing.
